Maisonora Concierge is designed as a local home and lifestyle concierge app. The app helps you organize requests, reminders, tasks, visitors, packages, services, and home information directly on your device.
Our Approach
Maisonora Concierge respects your privacy. The app does not sell your data, does not use your data for targeted advertising, and does not track your activity across other companies’ apps or websites.
Information you add to the app is used to provide local app features, including service request organization, scheduling, reminders, home profiles, tasks, packages, visitors, routines, and local notes.
Information You May Add
Depending on how you use Maisonora Concierge, the app may contain information you voluntarily enter, such as:
- personal profile name or profile label;
- home profile details, saved locations, and service preferences;
- service requests, notes, instructions, priorities, and timelines;
- appointments, reminders, routines, and personal tasks;
- visitor, package, maintenance, and local activity records;
- photos you choose to attach to a local request.
You choose what information to add. Maisonora Concierge does not require a user account.
Local Storage
Maisonora Concierge is designed to store app data locally on your device. The app does not automatically contact external providers and does not automatically send your service requests to any third party.
If you delete the app, iOS may remove the local data associated with it. Some data may also be included in your iCloud or device backups depending on your Apple settings.
Photos
Maisonora Concierge may allow you to select photos to attach to a local service request. The app requests photo library access only when you choose to add photos.
Selected photos are used only as local context for your requests inside the app.
Notifications
Maisonora Concierge may request permission to send local notifications for reminders, appointments, tasks, visitors, packages, or routines.
You can allow, deny, or change notification permissions at any time in iOS Settings. Notifications are not used for advertising.
Tracking, Advertising, and Analytics
Maisonora Concierge does not use advertising tracking, does not sell personal data, and does not share your information with advertising networks.
The app is not designed to track your activity across apps or websites owned by other companies.
Sharing With Third Parties
Maisonora Concierge does not automatically share your data with service providers, delivery companies, building managers, contacts, advertisers, or external services.
If a future version adds external integrations, cloud sync, account features, or third-party services, this Privacy Policy will be updated to describe those changes.
Security
Maisonora Concierge is built with a data-minimization approach. The app requests only the permissions needed for features you choose to use.
You should avoid storing passwords, sensitive access codes, banking information, identity documents, health information, or other highly sensitive information in the app.
Data Retention and Deletion
Local data remains in the app for as long as you keep it on your device. You may edit or delete certain information within the app where supported.
You may also delete the app from your device to remove its associated local data, subject to iOS and iCloud backup behavior.
Children’s Privacy
Maisonora Concierge is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has entered personal information into the app, you may remove that information from the device.
Your Choices
- You choose what information you enter into the app.
- You can disable notifications in iOS Settings.
- You can manage photo access in iOS Settings.
- You can delete local app data by deleting the app from your device.

This Privacy Policy may be updated if Maisonora Concierge changes, including if new features, permissions, integrations, or data practices are introduced.
